In last 24 hours more or less ten staff members including mods and admins visited 2wapworld. Really it will bring a great change, if this sprit would be found in future also. I had been a staff more or less two times, but never we had been interact each other to discuss for the betterment of 2wap. I'm very sorry to say even Liam also I didn't find disscussing with co-members.
2wapworld was a beautiful garden when I entered here first time. But now it became a old haritage, where sometimes you find some visitors, amongst them some are clown who ridicule the staff and users. They play as they wish. They are destroying the image of 2wap. Staff members are just looking, can't take serious actions except requesting or begging b'coz they know that such members are multi nicks. Recently we have seen it in case of Samuel.
If any staff deactivates such account, next they are busy in their multinicks accounts.

I have observed that out of 14 view counts 7-8 readers are from staff. Throw away this topic to trash, if I'm wrong. But if you realise the truth then accept it and join together to bring up some solution.

Ppl should be more flexable and relax! 2wap is for all to enjoy, not just for a few who always want to complain and spy on others.

2015/04/26 02:02While I was staff, things were great..however one thing which was an issue was the lack of support from site owner.. also innovative ideas like removing dead forums wasn't particularly encouraged...also newer staff are lenient with ppl who spread religious hatred and create other problems.

The languages and abuse that was alowed on 2wap, is absolutely atrocious! When I joined here, there were stricter control and much better co-operation between staff and members. Not to mention the BASIC HUMANITY AND FRIENDLINESS that existed here.

Yes, we can but for that we have work hard. Make some programe to interact & discuss this issue with each other. Go back to 2010-11-12. Compare it with the days we are passing through. To show a large online numbers by tricky way is not the solution. Call the members and staff in chat rooms interact with them take suggestions. Give and take ideas, exchange of thoughts will bring some progressive change. I'm sorry say here that my topic was closed by some one from staff by showing reason that my topic is imflamable. So regretfull it is.
