this is not the reason for football condition in india. I accept that it is npy as popular as cricket but ppl still like it. You can see the craze for the same during fifa worldcup. India are making baby steps in that world so it will take some time to do better in football.

India doesn't' even qualify for asia cup. Even teams like Iraq and Syria play in those tournament. We have to be pragmatic, Indian footballer aren't 6.5 ft and above. In football one needs agility, speed, stamina and skill. It's sad to see that even teams like u.a.e defeat India.

Its matter of time n practics. India can develop ot self to be good team in football. Its required to spend sone time n money in this direction.
