Memory card password lost
I need help for resetting my memory card password as my memory card is locked after i used factory reset on my phone.
I need to unlock it as all my precious pictures and videos taken while on my visit to my sweetheart is in there. Please help. I am ready to pay thousands of pluses if you can help me extract the data around 200 mb of pics

Vipul: 1st solution, try it.
1.Dwnload a software name mobi-explorer.
2.Then go to c drive and u will see there mmcstore.
3.Then click on action and edit it and change and u r done.

I downloaded mobi explorer but can not find mmcstore file.
Vipul: MobiMB and OxyCube is PC suite type of softwares.
Cant back up because pc suite doesnt read the card.
Eternal_Knight: if u got pc suite installed in pc backup ur data through. I think even if mmc requires password backup ll be possible if successful backup is made them format ur mmc

In the "Settings" option,
Choose system folders,
In the "System" folder, there's a file called "MMCSTORE",
Send that to your PC using IR/Bluetooth,
Then open it in notepad.
The password you need for your memory card is in that file

1. Insert card into your phone but don't access it through phone.
2. Run FExplorer and Open the path C:system.
3. You will find a file called mmcstore ,rename the file mmcstore.txt
4. Copy that file(mmcstore.txt) to your pc and open that file in notepad.
5. You will find your password in that file.(MMC)
see if its mean for s40 or not>

- go to setting and find the show hidden files and check it.
- come back and find system folder under C:\
- find mmcstore file
- edit it with explore

Will the card reader read a locked memory card?
ShAhZaDa: Other method just to get ur files fr0m memory card.
Use memory card reader to view all ur files on ur laptop/desktop.
