If there was no religions on earth would there be more or less wars? People would not have to fight over religious grounds. or would the world be in total chaos because theres no religions to enlighten people?

I think it was aliens..
they built them and then they got alienated after building them! 
and then not to feel alienated they left 
and returned so there friends left behind weren't alienated! So anybody later on felt that they felt alienated by aliens that built them..
