U can not install sis applications on E63, unlezz u r installing:
1. A Signed Application
2. Sum Unsigned Application (but already signed using any Sis Signed software)
3. All Sis Application (but ur phone must be already fully hacked)

theme diy software does not work.. I m not able to open image files but ringtone files open in that software any suggestions would be appreciated

Whats the problem? Did image files not appear on ur Themediy after u installed it? If it so, then Restart ur phone
Every new image that u download wont be appear on Themediy until u restart ur phone
But if u want another option, u cn try FreeFSWP theme diy software does not work.. I m not able to open image files but ringtone files open in that software any suggestions would be appreciated 
actualy its to set wallpaper but with sum setting on it u cn make the image as main background n also menu background lyk a theme(only 1 image, same on main n menu)

i switched off the phone n start but them also i m not able to open image files in the app wen i try it the app gets switched off but wit ringtone it works fine all my music files open actualy its to set wallpaper but with sum setting on it u cn make the image as main background n also menu background lyk a theme(only 1 image, same on main n menu)

finding signed ver is not easy il try to find it. Meanwhile, why dun u try to request Key n Cer for ur phone so u cn sign any unsign apps
