Pablo Ellmio Escobar Gaviria..he killed almost 4000 ppl..Including 27 judges and 453 cops..He was from colombia and his gang involved in drug trafficking was called cartel de mellindin..In 1989,he was listed as the 7th richest man in world in forbes magazine list.

He controlled 80% of cocaine market and added 30 million dollars every year as profit to his assets..In the same year (his peak year),he killed 20 ppl per day in 2 months on an average..His policy was plata o pomo meaning silver or lead which was compared to money(bribe) or bullets..

Still he is a hero in colombia..He built churches and hospitals..He helped the poor and needy..He built houses 4 them.. smiley

Well el cartel colombiano its a very powerful... Institution(for saying a name) and sadly bt true did u know that had that much power in colombia that in the middle 80's and 90... The also killed football players just for missing a shot? And yes they are one of the most powerful(if not the most) criminal groups in america... And spread in many south american countries...
