Why topic creaters are getting abused

In recent topics I have been watching topic creaters are taking so many abuse from few people.they make fun of topic creaters,and they personal attacks..if a topic is copy paste they shout abt it..yet these people are less active themselves in forum,neither they create of their own topics..just they are here to make fun of other topics creaters by their silly comments and think they are doing great job..
What if certain topics are copy paste,atleast topic creater thought it to share something he or she reads..
These people who abuse topic creaters will never post any new topics at all,just they do is to complain and complain..I want to know what staff and admin doing in this matter..must to somthing with these ppl ..

2014/08/31 03:53Over the years I have been here, many abusers did their dirty work here. One chararistic of ALL of them is, that they travel from site to site. They never last for a decent time of life on ANY site, and NEVER contribute positively to any site. In fact, they attack a chosen member, so that they can cause mayhem, hoping to distract any and all attention from their own inadequatious, and low level of their intelligence. Having been a moderator here for some time, I can vouch for the abuse directed at staff members. And mostly so from abusers that does not contribute to our home whatsoever! I have come a long way with Jacki over the years, and have NEVER found her to be unfair, or autocratic in what her duties are here. To cry wolf AFTER having sinned, is just another pathetic effort to prove your innocence. So, perhaps it might be better for you to find another home. One where you are at the same level as your co-inhabitants, which share the same intellectual capacity as yourself

2014/08/31 05:58Abuse has its many kinds. Not only by dirty words but some people abuse by using some decent words and insulting others. Here are many of that kind. As far as Jacki , she is my best friend since 2009. She abused me many times by being rude, some times she abused me by short answer, some times abused me by becoming dumb, not replying or reactin. Some times she became rude even deft. But never abused me with dirty words.
