You need huge traffic for your blog if you want it to generate revenue. You get pay per clicks. When your visitors click on the Advertisements on your website. There also other ways like Adfly. You can google the term "how to monetize my blog?"

The amount of money will depend on how much traffic (visitors) your site has. You'd need a descent number of visitors per month in order to make some real cash.

I recently created a blog...and published one topic...but its not appearing while I search in google...how can I make it appear in search engines??..do u know?

It will appear in search engine if it has right keywords, description tags, etc.
