smiley PPl As net user I don't why PPl join staff team..... site owner or head admin any time kick out u... they use u nd throw out any time.. like a wastage garbage... but many PPl want power n tools in own hand... So my simple advise u don't join team.. live life as common user... site using u only Thank u

i was on team many years ago and was sheite so left of own accord.....for many perhaps the staff position online fills some POWER void they have offline smiley

fight with them if wrongly ban u... but join team its not solution ....

yes.. joining staff team is not solution. smiley as user i have more power than staff.

Staff has many responsibilities even more than the power itself. And they do it for free, no one pays them to clean shxts we make smiley So I guess a just respect will be adequate.
