What did you mean by text+image?
Did u mean above text +image ? If yes then Image BB code is
[img= your image url . jpg and close with ]
so the above image BB code is
[ img= http://2wapworld.com/get103033/026d7e4d8.jp g ]
just mind it all BB code you have to write without any space. Now enjoy! Thank you!

And now you can use

for larger images (only one per post, won't work in the shout).

this what im trying to ask you. And if possible can you allow it more than 1 pict/post. It will be great upgrade for game zone, movie zone etc. You know, for the screenshot or poster.
You can add SPOILER feature to hide the images shown directly.
