Many talk about holiness, but how many are truly living a holy life? True holiness seeks to please God for His sake, not for the sake of reward or blessing. Your goal in living a godly life should be to please the LORD, not for the benefit it will bring to you. If there were no heaven or hell, would you still live for Jesus in this life? He is worthy to be served. “You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.” Rev. 4:11
