Two OS in two drives is not a good idea but two OS in two separate HDD would be a better option. Suppose you have XP installed in one HDD now you install Win7 in another HDD of the same CPU then you will have a dual boot OS But now if you want to repair XP or win7 the dual boot system looses its dual option! Any1 can solve this?

You don't need dual system. Use virtual pc on win 7 instead.
