use this code *#7780# or *#7870# or do master reset and delete all file on ur phone and then start to download karpersky antivirus for java phone then you download all ur files back NOTE: that you must have a specific download site and avoid downloading in so many site but if the problem still persist pm me

I had this problem once, you'll need to reinstall the software I'm afraid.

its the software problem please service your cellphone in the sonyericsson service center.they will re-install the new softwaret to work the application and games folder................
