When there are no more animals of a particular species left alive, that species is said to be extinct. In the distant past, several species of animals became extinct through natural causes. There might have been a change in the climate of a particular region, and the plants or animals on which the species lived could have died out because of the change in weather. Or one animal might have been destroyed by another that was stronger or faster. But ever since human beings have been on earth, and especially in the last hundred years, animal species have become extinct because of hunting, pollution, or destruction of the places where they live. So many animals are now in danger of extinction, unfortunately, the list gets longer ever year. I wish could stop being the cause of animal extinction in these modern times.
Nature is the greatest killer, cause many animals had extincted as they were unable to adopt them to the rapidly changing atmosphere of the earth. .man is the greatest treat to wildlife
Extinction of any one part or whole of a species or class disturbs the cycle of life. But extinction is a part of a the natural scheme of things. Till now 90% of animals and plants created on the earth have already been extincted.
Two thirds of bees are becoming extinct because of monoculture in agriculture and pesticides. With a complete extinction of bees, however, so many plants important for human food supply will become extinct that humans can become extinct through mass starvation. Interesting development.
Interesting, when resources become limited and competition for available resources increases eventually that ecosystem can no longer be supported so at the climax point they begin to die.
