Not in real, but in Hindu mythology yes. There's one of our almighty God, Lord Shiva (Shankar ji) , who's believed to have a third eye. It always stays closed, and if He opens it its gonna destroy/burn the entire world. Only extreme anger can make Him open the third eye!

wel now, talking scientifically, there actually lies d third eye.. its in d brain.. near cerebrum..its called d PINEAL BODY.. it is a vestigial organ (useless) hence it is believed that it can only open at worst time..it does exist but an un used n useless part of a human body smiley
