How to make a Psi-Ball

As the title states,I will be teaching you how to make a psi-ball. It is not impossible for I can do it. Before I begin there a few things you must know. A psi-ball is gathering energy and forming it into a ball. Energy is everywhere in the universe and is even in you. Some people can see it and some can't,so you will have to rely on feeling it. Make sure to it or drink something first as it will make you slightly tired. Ok. Here goes....

Sit down in a quite environment. Relax and breath. Close your eyes and imagine a white swirling light of energy coming down all around you and filling you with energy.(N.B. In energy works you must focus and believe. Don't doubt yourself) Once you feel your ready,rub your hands together and feel the warmth coming from it. That's to get familiar with the feeling of energy but it can also feel cold,shocking,or tingly. After doing that,hold your hands very close as if you are but don't let them touch....

Focus and send energy through hands into the space between them and also try to gather energy from the environment. Focus and you should feel a force between your hands pushing back on your hands (this scared me at first as it was strong) slowly move your hands apart as the energy gets bigger but move your hands in a pulsing motion. Make it as big as you want and if you want to make it smaller just push down on it. Now shape it into a ball,box whatever but balls are the norm. That's how you make a Psi-ball.

You can make the psi-ball do things which is called "programming". You can tell it do stuff like carry messages. I can't do it tho. When I make them I just throw them away,throw them on someone (it is NOT a ki-blast) or I just take back the energy. You can also make a friend try to feel it. I made my cousins feel it and I gave it to them. I don't like doing that tho because its giving away my energy. Well that's all for now. -blast-
